On Feb 18th Smart Energy has officially opened the first CNG station on mainland Singapore at 1 Mandai Link.

With 20 filling hoses and a capacity of more than 200 taxis per hour Singapore has now one of the finest CNG stations. Busses as well as CNG trailers can be filled on this multipurpose CNG station

Reciprocating mechanical compressor type SVA

The Safe SVA range of CNG Compressors are specially designed for CNG applications.

The SVA series is represented from 3 models with an installed electrical power variable from 55 to 90 kW.

Are preferably cooled with air-gas heat exchanger, or as option with air - water heat exchanger.

Are the most competitive in the four stage version as performance and costs as variable pipeline inlet pressure from 1 to 12 bar, in order to supply up to two double hoses dispensers (flow from 200 to 650 Sm3/h). These performance enable SVA models as the right choice for urban stations with monthly selling of 100-150.000 Sm3. With cascade 3 lines of appropriate dimensions and/or injection system is possible to guarantee day selling of at least 120-240.000 Sm3/month. In order to reach these performances is possible to install SVA with 90¸115 kW and to supply 2 double hoses dispensers with a filling time average of 3 minutes for 20 Sm3.
