Reciprocating mechanical compressor type SAV6 for CNG + Hydrogen
The SAV6 compressor presents a model with installed power of 4kW, the inlet pressure range is 21 mbar and maximum delivery pressure of 220 barg. This type of compressor is used in private fleet refuelling station and for the compression of mixtures CNG + Hydrogen (10-20 vehicles).
The very small filling station offered by SAFE is built around the SAV6 compressor designed to be the heart of the system.
User-friendly in daily operations, this unit fulfils the need for professional car refilling at home. It is easy to install the station close to the parking place.
Connecting the compressor to the electrical network and gas pipework is similar to gas appliances installed at home (e.g a boiler). The crucial innovation lies in the operating mode of this machine: no maintenance at all during 6000h of uninterrupted service.
